Dr. Shauna Palmer, Dentist Kelowna, West-Kelowna BC, received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1993 from the University of Alberta. She spent 9 years practicing in Kamloops, B.C., then turned her attention to the mecca of cosmetic dentistry, Beverley Hills, California. It was here where she perfected her dental art and gained endless dentistry training and proficiency in creating the perfect balance between form and function of the bite.

Her journey into cosmetic dentistry began with her world-class training at the famous Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies – commonly known and referred to as LVI. Over the past 10 years, continuous training at LVI has allowed Dr. Palmer to become a neuromuscular (TMJ) dentist. Neuromuscular dentistry allows combining cosmetic dentistry in conjunction with balancing the teeth, jaw muscles, jaw joints and body posture.

The love of the Okanagan Valley saw the return of Shauna in 2007 where she quickly purchased a practice of her own in West Kelowna BC. Even though Dr. Palmer and her team can treat complex, restorative dental cases, her dentistry office is still a general practice offering a full range of dental services for the entire family:
